Denis is joined by Matt Simon, legislative analyst for the Marijuana Policy Project, to discuss SB409. This bill would allow terminal and serious, chronic patients the ability to grow and used marijuana for medicinal purposes, on the advice of their doctor. The bill is virtually guaranteed a veto from Governor Lynch. It passed by a veto-proof majority in the House, and is just 3 votes shy of a veto override in the Senate. With bipartisan support, is it now or never for medical marijuana patients in New Hampshire?
